Celebration of Black Lives is an annual community festival hosted by The Big Yard Foundation that takes place in Portland on Juneteenth. The event features local Black-owned businesses, food vendors, and live performances. This year’s celebration will take place from 1:00pm-4:00pm at King School Park on Monday, June 19th.

CBL RUN WALK

The Big Yard Foundation x Deadstock Run Club: Join us as we hit an easy 3 mile community run and 1.5 mile walk. All paces and abilities are welcome. 

The run/walk will take place prior to the start of CBL at 12:30pm at King School Park 4906 NE 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97211, and will be led by members of Deadstock Run Club in partnership with The Big Yard Foundation. It’s truly an honor to kick off the festivities for the day, our goal is to encourage our community to get active together while building meaningful connections with each other.

Registration will be a donation based with 100% going to The Big Yard Foundation with the focus promoting overall physical wellness for the local youth.

Know Before You Go

* The run will begin promptly at 12:30pm, please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, warm up exercises, and more.

* If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must register you for this event.

* Most importantly, bring the ENERGY!
